TEMPLATES & USE CASES

Every routine below ends in a different shape — a session you tick off set by set, a week of meals with the shopping list attached, three deduped stories, a draft you can send. Same appliance, a different finished thing each time.

A plan you execute, not advice you read

These two log what you actually did. The next delivery is built on that — lighter, heavier, more protein, fewer dishes. The plan follows you.

02 · MONITOR

Six ways to stop reading everything

All six read a firehose overnight and hand back a short document. They differ in what they throw away — and each one shows you what it rejected, so you can trust it.

🗞 NEWS MONITOR

For the journalist who reads the same wire story four times

You already know which outlets matter. Name your five (or fifty), and it collapses one event covered five ways into a single line with the primary cited, then leads with the three that move your beat.

What makes it different: deduping is the template, not a feature. Five headlines in, one line out.

📰 DAILY BRIEF

For the person who opens ten tabs before coffee

Your topics, read across the live web overnight, grouped into themes with a line on why each one matters to you.

Different because: two layouts. TL;DR for a 60-second read, or Newspaper with a real front-page lead.

🏡 HOUSE HUNT

For the buyer with three non-negotiables

Portal alerts dump every listing. This one checks each against your hard must-haves — lift, budget, outdoor space, walk to the school.

Different because: it shows the rejections and the exact reason, so “0 matches today” is an answer you can trust.

💼 JOB HUNT

For the quiet job search with a salary floor

Boards blast you every posting with the right title. This reads the posting itself against your floor, your city and your remote rule.

Different because: it flags “salary now posted” on a role you already saw — the update, not the repost.

📡 COMPETITOR WATCH

For the PM who can't unsubscribe from change alerts

Most tools fire when a pixel moves. This reads the change and keeps what's material — a price, a plan, a new hire, a shift in positioning.

Different because: a quiet competitor is reported as quiet. “No change” is an honest answer here.

🎬 RELEASE WATCH

For the person with a list of things they're waiting on

Name the films, albums, books and hardware you're waiting on. Each week it goes looking for what got a date, what slipped, and what opens for preorder — with the announcement it came from.

Different because: a delay is reported as a delay — what the date was, what it is now — instead of arriving as a fresh announcement.

03 · DRAFT

A finished draft, not a starting point

Set the brief once — topic, angle, voice, structure. Every run researches the week on the live web and hands back something you can edit and publish, with a source attached per section.

NOT ON THE LIST?

Describe the document you want. We'll build the template.

Every layout on this page started as one person telling us what they wished was waiting for them in the morning. New output templates take us days, not quarters — the schedule, memory and delivery engine already exist. We only need to design the shape of your output.

  1. 01You tell us the output — “a weekly one-pager for my board”, “a shift handover sheet”, “a rent-roll chase list”.
  2. 02We reply within a working day with a sketch of the layout.
  3. 03If we build it, it lands in your account on your existing plan. No bespoke pricing.
Tell us what should land tomorrow
Two fields. A human reads every one.
Coming from the Social posts template — we'll keep that in mind.
Or skip us entirely — write a blank routine and joris renders whatever you describe, today.
FAQ

Templates, answered

What is a routine template?+

A Template is the shape of the delivery. A Routine is your standing instruction and its schedule; the Template decides what the result looks like when it lands — a session card with per-set logging, a meal plan with a shopping list, a vetted shortlist with the reasons each candidate failed. Same engine, purpose-built output.

Which AI templates can I use today?+

There are 10 templates, across 11 use-case pages: Personal Trainer, Nutrition, TL;DR Brief, Newspaper Brief, House Hunt, Job Hunt, Competitor / Release Watch, Newsletter, Social posts and Article. Every one is live — nothing here is a mock-up of something unbuilt.

Can I build my own template?+

You can write a Routine for anything, and joris renders it as clean, structured markdown — that covers most requests. The interactive shapes (the ones with logging, saving, dismissing) are built by us, one vertical at a time. Tell us what you're running and it goes on the list.

Do I have to pick a template to start?+

No. Start from a blank Routine, describe what you want in plain words, and change the Template later without losing your history — the past deliveries stay exactly as they were.

How is this different from prompt templates in a chatbot?+

A prompt template still waits for you to paste it in. A Routine runs on a schedule, remembers what it already delivered and what you told it, and leaves the result waiting in the app — so the work happens whether or not you remember to ask.

Pick one. Tomorrow it's already written.

14-day trial of everything. No card, nothing to configure — the template prefills the routine and the first delivery runs overnight.
