Any run that goes out and reads the live web. It's the scarcer of the two numbers on every plan: a run that only reasons over what joris already has costs a fraction as much, so you get three times as many. Routines, history and templates are not counted at all.
A daily brief plus a daily house hunt is 60 web runs a month — half a Personal Pro allowance (and two months of Personal Basic), and two of the heaviest routines in the product. Trainer and Meal planner come out of the 360 instead.
Personal Basic is the trial made permanent: 3 routines, 30 web runs and 90 thinking runs a month, for €7. Personal Pro lifts the routine cap entirely and quadruples the runs — 120 web, 360 thinking — for €19. If the three routines you kept through the trial are the three you want, stay on Personal Basic. The moment you want a fourth, or a daily web routine starts eating the 30, move up — the same routines carry on and nothing is rebuilt.
One of the Personal plans — they're the only ones open, and for most people that's the right answer anyway. The line we're drawing for later is whether a routine needs something only your work accounts hold: the calendar you actually live by, the inbox your clients write to. That's what Business will be for, and you'll be able to move across without rebuilding anything.
Any plan, yes — that's a billing question, not a plan question. Every checkout asks whether you're buying as a business and takes a VAT number, and an EU company outside Spain is reverse-charged on the spot. The tier called Business is not the business-purchase tier; it's the one that can read your work tools, which is a different thing you may well not need.
Your routines stop running and everything you've been sent stays readable. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted — subscribe whenever you're ready and the same routines pick up on their next scheduled slot.

What's holding it is verification rather than code: reading a Gmail inbox needs a Google app reviewed and approved, and Notion needs a registered integration. Both are applications to someone else with someone else's timeline, and selling the plan before they clear would mean charging €49 for three services you couldn't connect. We tell you before you get there, and your thinking routines carry on — they have an allowance of their own. At the cap, web routines wait for the month to reset rather than burning money silently; the product never pretends it ran. If you're consistently over, tell us — that's what Business's 360 is for, and in the meantime we'd rather sort you out than watch you ration. On Personal Basic, consistently over means Personal Pro.

The count is what you keep, not what is running — a paused routine still holds its place, so the way to make room is to delete one. Web runs are the thing we really count, so twenty routines that mostly think cost us less than four that read the web every morning — there's no reason to make you ration them.
Because your rate depends on where you are, and it's added at checkout. €19 is the price of the product; a consumer in Spain pays €19 plus 21% — €22.99. A business with a valid EU VAT number outside Spain pays €19 flat, reverse-charged. Printing the bare number and letting the till surprise you is the sort of thing we'd complain about ourselves.
