🏋 TODAY'S SESSION, ALREADY WRITTEN

A trainer writes you a session. A chatbot waits to be asked.

At 6:45 the card is on your phone: warm-up, main lift, per-set targets, cues, and a lighter version of anything your body complained about last time. You don't type a prompt at the squat rack.

No card to start · 14-day trial · works on the phone in your hand

UPPER PUSH · ~55 MIN · SESSION 12 OF THE BLOCK

Push day, dialled back

You flagged a pinch in the left shoulder on Tuesday, so the press drops to 22 kg and the flye moves to a neutral grip. Volume holds — we're only changing the angle, not the week.

THE ONE THING THIS TEMPLATE DOES

Tuesday's numbers become Thursday's card.

Every other workout app hands you the same programme it handed everyone and asks you to tick boxes. This one reads what you actually lifted — and what you said afterwards — and writes the next session from it. That loop is the whole product.

YOUR NOTE AFTER THE SESSION

“Left shoulder pinching on the last two sets. Had to stop the flye.”

THU 6:45 · WHAT ARRIVED
Push day, dialled back
Press to 22 kg, four sets of eight instead of three heavy ones.
Flye moved to neutral grip — the version that doesn't load the joint at end range.
+Shoulder prep added to the warm-up, and a cue about elbow angle on every set.
A fallback if it still hurts, written into the block so you're not guessing mid-set.
Nothing was re-typed. You logged three sets and wrote one sentence.
WHY IT'S A CARD, NOT A CHAT

Built to be read with a dumbbell in one hand

A wall of text is useless between sets. This layout exists so that one glance answers the only question you have — what am I doing right now, and how heavy?

  1. 1
Blocks, in order, one open at a time
Warm-up, main lift, accessory, finisher. Done blocks collapse and grey out so you never lose your place.
  2. 2
Per-set targets you tap to log
Load and reps are pre-filled from your last session. Hit it, tap it. If reality disagreed, say so in the note at the end and Thursday is built from that.
  3. 3
    Two cues, not a paragraph
The form notes that matter for this lift today, usually tied to something you reported.
  4. 4
    A written-in regression
Every hard block carries an easier route, decided in advance — so a bad day doesn't become a skipped week.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you ask

Is this a replacement for a personal trainer?

It replaces the programming a good trainer does — planning progressive sessions and adjusting them to what you actually lifted. It won't correct your form in person. For most people training at home or in a commercial gym, the programming is the part they were missing.

Does it remember my previous workouts?

Yes — that's the point. When you tick sets off, joris reads your logged loads and reps and folds them into the next session, so weights progress instead of resetting every time. A workout generator that forgets you isn't a trainer.

Can it work around injuries and my equipment?

Tell it once, in plain words — “dodgy left shoulder”, “dumbbells and a pull-up bar only” — and it plans around it. Flag something new at the end of any session and the next one adapts.

How often does it send me a workout?

Whatever cadence you set — three days a week, a daily push/pull/legs rotation, whatever fits. The session is waiting before you train; there's nothing to open or ask for.

What does it cost?

There's a 14-day free trial of everything, no card. After that it's one flat price — far less than a month of in-person coaching, and it never forgets a session.

NOT YOUR SPORT?

Tell us the session card you'd follow

A swim set with intervals and rest. A rehab sheet your physio signs off. A climbing session by grade. Describe the layout you'd want on your phone — we design new output templates in days, and it lands on your existing plan.

Tomorrow's session is already written

Answer three questions — goal, days, equipment — and the first card lands at the time you pick. Change your mind any morning; it adapts, it doesn't restart.
